Our Story

Founded in 2008, the story began with a core team eager to apply knowledge and best practices, garnered from experience at Fortune 500 companies, and operate in a more agile environment. We then recruited best of breed talent to accelerate our growth and drive the vision, mission, and core values of iTech AG.

In 2015, iTech AG was certified an 8(a) disadvantaged small business by the US Small Business Administration. This has enabled us to develop a stronger presence in both the federal and commercial markets. From ideas started in a basement to an 8(a) certified small business, we are transforming the way our clients do business by using tomorrow’s technology to deliver solutions today.

Frank Antezana
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Frank Antezana is the CEO and co-founder of iTech AG. As a partner of the firm, Frank not only provides executive leadership, but he also ensures the firm’s vision and mission are integrated into all iTech AG’s Federal and Commercial programs.

Frank has over 17 years of IT Consulting experience in both the Federal and Commercial/Private marketplaces. Throughout his career Frank has built multiple startup companies in a variety of industries such as: Textiles, Telecom, Contact Centers, and Software Development. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities he has been in executive roles at various Fortune 500 Firms. Frank likes to give back to the community as well, he takes it upon himself to go back to his home country Bolivia, where not only has he created a technology incubator to train talent on trending technologies but has created many local jobs. 

Frank was born in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, lived his elementary years in the Washington, DC Metro area, was raised in Cochabamba, Bolivia through his early adult life, and currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and 3 sons. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on both Finance and Marketing from Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB). Frank is an avid road biker and fútbol fan.

Walter Antezana
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Walter Antezana is one of our managing partners at iTech AG and oversees the businesses day-to-day operations as well as business development and capture efforts for the firm. Focused on the future of the company, Walter helps strengthen iTech AG’s position for future growth in technology and future generational leaders that will take the company to the next level.

Walter has over 17 years of Project Management Consulting experience, starting with Business Development, Project Controls and Program Management. He has directly supported various Federal and Commercial clients in the Federal and Commercial space for various Engineering and Solutions Integration Consulting firms. Federal Agencies he has advised throughout his career include the DoD, DLA, Treasury, and DOL.

Walter currently resides in Virginia with his wife and 2 daughters. He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. In his time off he enjoys the outdoors and playing racquetball.

Adam Byer
Executive Vice President

Adam Byer is the Executive Vice President for iTech AG and oversees the 3PM (Portfolio, Program, & Project Management) Service Area for the company.  The different offerings that he leads within this service include; Master Scheduling, CPIC, Earned Value Management, Agile PMO, Organizational Readiness, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tools Analysis & Support.

Adam has over 16 years of IT Program Management and Controls experience, starting with managing internal project controls teams for large government contracting firms, then moving to IT consulting where he has directly supported numerous Federal and Commercial clients.   Federal Agencies he has advised throughout his career include the IRS, Census Bureau, Department of State, and Department of Labor.  He has led teams that have assisted several major IT investments that were implemented using various types of systems development life cycles, including agile methodologies.

Born and raised in the Washington DC Metro area, Adam currently resides in Virginia with his wife and two sons.  He is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University with a B.S. degree in Business Management, where he also played baseball for the Mount.   

 

Matthew Tiani
Director

Matt Tiani is the Director of Technology Solutions for iTech AG. He takes on the role of designing and executing strategies that help modernize and improve efficiency for both Federal and Commercial organizations. His forward thinking, innovative, and agile approach to both mission oriented and infrastructure programs has a track record of success with clients. By integrating himself with his clients, listening, and understanding their business needs he provides insightful observations to add value to their business practices.

Matt has over 16 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering creative solutions for both federal and commercial agencies around the beltway. His vast experience with various COTS products, custom development, cloud technology, human capital needs, organizational change management, business process re-engineering, and business operations ensure the customer gets the right solution.

A graduate of The College of William and Mary and recently married, Matt lives in Arlington, VA with his wife. He enjoys golfing, softball, and snowboarding in his free time.

Michele Anastasia
Business Operations Manager

Michele Anastasia is the Business Operations Manager at iTech AG. She has an immense passion for ensuring that the staff at iTech AG and businesses we work with take the next step to achieve their personal and corporate goals.

Michele has over 12 years of superior planning, development and organizational experience in both the healthcare and cybersecurity fields. Michele began her career working for healthcare focused non-profits before making the move to consulting firms in the cybersecurity and IT industries in 2014.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Michele currently resides in the Washington DC Metro area. She is a graduate of George Mason University and holds a Bachelors in Psychology. In her free time Michele volunteers with Special Olympics DC, plays volleyball, and runs half marathons.

Marvin Soward
Senior Finance Manager

Marvin Soward is the Senior Finance Manager for iTech AG. He is responsible for all aspects of the company financials, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and corporate strategy, and the overall financial health. Marvin also helps plan the long-term financial goals for the organization, develop our sales and operational strategies, as well as managing direct investment activities.

He brings over 16 years of experience in finance and operations to our team. He has established a reputation for aligning financial and business metrics to support business and high growth strategies. Marvin’s leadership and entrepreneur skills have allowed him to build multiple startup companies in the Telecom, Software and Payments industries in North and South America.

Marvin earned his bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering with an emphasis in both e-Commerce and Corporate Finance from Universidad Privada Boliviana. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys soccer and spending time with his family.
