iTech AG is proud to have been awarded a contract with the U.S. Navy for the indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) SeaPort Enhanced vehicle. We look forward to the opportunity to compete for business supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps.
IDIQ is a U.S. federal government contracting acronym meaning indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. This is a type of contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period of time.
The SeaPort-e program enables iTech AG to provide world class service to all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, and field activities located in the National Capital Zone (Zone 2) in the following functional areas:
Engineering, System Engineering, and Process Engineering Support
System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support
Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
Configuration Management Support
Quality Assurance Support
Information Development, Information Assurance, and Information Technology

DESCRIPTION OF ITECH AG'S QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
Our Quality Management focuses on prevention over inspection. This approach improves the program success and reduces cost. The ability to implement strong quality assurance up front, on the project results in decreased program issues and re-work. iTech understands that the primary benefit of meeting quality requirements is less rework, higher productivity, lower costs and stakeholder satisfaction with the overall work product and program.
iTech AG Quality Assurance is focused on two components, monitoring method and a Quality Control Plan (QCP). Our team will establish and maintain a QCP at the task order level in accordance with the requirements of the program. Because iTech has institutionalized this and has many of the tools and techniques already developed at our existing engagements, we can significantly reduce the expense associated with Program Quality Management activities and focus on continuous process improvement for the program.
