iTech AG is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Sotirokos to Vice President, recognizing nearly a decade of leadership, growth, and impact across the company and its clients. In this role, Adam will continue leading a portfolio of key federal accounts while helping expand iTech AG’s presence across the financial and regulatory sectors.
Adam’s promotion reflects his progression within iTech AG and the role he has played in strengthening client relationships, growing accounts, and developing teams throughout his career.
Adam joined iTech AG in 2016 as a scheduler with the goal of moving into project management. Since then, he has grown alongside the company, taking on new challenges and expanding his leadership. He went on to manage a major IRS program, lead project management, and head the 3PM service line before taking on additional functional service lines and advancing into a Director role. When iTech AG transitioned from a service-line structure to an account-based sector model, Adam became a Sector Lead, overseeing a growing portfolio of federal clients.
Today, Adam leads relationships across accounts including the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, Ginnie Mae, FDIC, the Department of the Treasury, Department of Justice, and more. During his time as Sector Lead, he has helped expand the sector’s reach by adding FDIC to the portfolio, growing the Ginnie Mae account, and securing the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs as a new client. The FDIC win marked one of the sector’s first major full-and-open contract wins.
Adam’s progression reflects his ability to take on new responsibilities, adapt to the company’s evolving needs, and turn opportunities into meaningful growth for iTech AG and its clients.

As Vice President, Adam will focus on strengthening existing accounts, expanding iTech AG’s presence in the financial and regulatory markets, developing future leaders, and building strategic partnerships. He will also help identify opportunities to grow iTech AG’s ServiceNow capabilities and support clients in adopting emerging technologies, including AI tools where permitted.
After nearly a decade with iTech AG, Adam credits the company’s people and the opportunity to grow alongside the business for his continued commitment. “I’ve been fortunate to grow as iTech AG has grown,” Sotirokos said. “This promotion is meaningful because it recognizes that journey, and I’m excited about what we can accomplish together in the years ahead.”
